RETURNS & EXCHANGES — CANADA & US

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return: • Items must be unworn and in original condition • Original packaging must be included • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at vescano.official@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return shipping — Vescano covers return shipping costs for orders within Canada and the US.

Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges — If you need a different size, please contact us and we'll assist you.

Damaged or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES — AUSTRALIA

We want you to love your Vescano shoes. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Our window — You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unworn, in original condition, and in their original box. Please try them on indoors on a clean, soft surface — shoes with creased leather, scuffed soles, or signs of wear can't be accepted.

How to start — Email us at vescano.official@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm the details and guide you through it. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping — For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping to Canada is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable service. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Exchanges — If you need a different size, we'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement pair back out to you. Just send the original pair back (return shipping on you), and we'll get the new size on its way once it arrives. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items — If your shoes arrive defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds cover the product value; original shipping is non-refundable.
